Our priority is ensuring the health and safety of members of the public, and we take this duty of care extremely seriously.
As a precaution, as of November 2020, we’re pausing all our door-to-door sales activity, until further notice.
We know that right now it’s more important than ever to make sure that both members of the public and our sales teams feel as safe as possible.
We’re not sure when we’ll get back out knocking doors again. When we do, it’ll be in full compliance with government safety guidelines.
These measures will include:
Our representatives will look out for anyone who’s self-isolating, or not comfortable with a doorstep visit. They won’t enter a resident’s home, or engage with elderly or vulnerable people. They’ll ask a short series of questions to establish if there may be a greater risk from interaction – if that’s the case, they’ll move on straight away.
